Singer Mya Goes on a 10 Day Detox! WHY?!

Mya and her faithful twitter followers embarked on a 10 day healthy detox a few days ago. WHY?! I asked the same thing. Mya's body is impeccable, but she said it's not about weight or a long stint of binge drinking. The detox is for SELF CONTROL = refraining from going to jail or giving in to TOXIC behavior.
